Using PayPal to buy gas at pump

Does anyone know if I can use my PayPal account to buy gas at a pump?

You know that Fablous web pay app that shell has?   Yea.   Nevermind. Seems like its only for the UK. 

So here is how you are going to do it. 

1.  Go to a Autozone. 

2.  Buy gift card for gas.   DO NOT BY PREPAID VISA  THOSE CAN TAKE OVER  24 HOURS TO WORK!     (You have been warned) 

3.   Purchase.  the card.
