Is it possible to obtain a list of vendors who actually take Paypal credit? Not just PayPal to process payments, but actually accept the credit line? I made a purchase at JCPenney, and at first the transaction seemed to process, but then I got an email from JCPenney that they couldn't verify payment, which I take to mean that they don't actually accept Paypal credit. That's fine, but what I've discovered is that I can't find on Paypal's site a list of who takes Paypal credit. They seemed to indicate in an email to me that JCPenney would, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
The only confirmed vendor that I know that allows you to use Paypal Credit (and not just Paypal to pay by other means) is Walmart.
