My Paypal debit card gets declined every time at Walmart/Sam's Club and other miscellaneous paces. My husband has a Paypal card from my account and his card works everywhere just fine. What's the issue? Same account just different card numbers
Some companies don't accept the card you have. Suggest using a regular credit card.
