What VM mean? Is VM and Rusty Oliver listed on the PayPal transaction activity? The <removed> San Jose CAUS" looks like a charge description from your credit card account. The address is the address for PayPal headquarters in San Jose. Best to call your card issuer to dispute transaction and have them investigate who that is.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Some more research brings up that the series of numbers is the phone number to All Metal Arts/Rusty <removed> in Seattle, WA. The address part refers to PayPal HQ address. What may have happened is that the $60 charge was back up partial payment to a PayPal purchase where you only have part of the amount in your bank or PayPal balance. Look up the date of charge in your PayPal account for the corresponding partial payment.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

This just happened to me this past Tuesday. But the charge is from a PAYPAL *JARHEAD <removed> San Jose CAUS. The unauthorized charge was a whopping $1878.23!!!!!! My bank filed it as a fraud and is suppose to be refunding our money back. I checked our account tonight and I found $53.23 Refunded by the same merchant named JARHEAD.
