Weird PayPal Charges on my Debit Card

I have several charges on my BoA statement listed as "PAYPAL *CAMILL 05/15 #xxxxxxxxx PURCHASE 2211 North First San Jose CA" (xxxxxxxxx is in place of real 9 digit number code).

I cannot find any mention to these charges on my PayPal Activity Summary.

Should I be concerned about these being fradulent because I am concerned now.... advice?

Where were you on the date of the transaction, and the day before the transaction?

You nee to investigate you own activities and also those of any who has access to your BoA debit card.

Well I had accidentally left my card at the (reputable) club that Saturday 5/13. Charges were on 5/16, 5/17, and 5/18, and I cancelled that card in 5/18, and no more charges. So, does that seem like someone profiling/testing my account? Why would they do it three times? Or daily?

Did you phone BoA to report the missing card as soon as you knew you didn't have it in your posession?

It seems somone used the card to pay for something where the vendor used PayPal to process payments.  Since the non-PayPal card was used for the purchase there would be no record in yur PayPal account.

As soon as I realized that I had left the card (which was on the 18th), I phoned BoA, yes.
