What stores can I use Pay after Delivery

I am trying to find out what store I can use Pay after Delivery with ? Without going through all of them

there is no list of stores for PAD,it depends on many factors,some have t o do with you  or the product

what is the big attraction of PAD?

iT IS NOT pay after delivery,it is  pay after order is placed or rather seller gets paid .

You get no cc protection,you earn no points with cc issuer,and if you dont have enough fund in your bank account,you eat NSF.

According to PayPals website it states;

With Pay After Delivery, you don’t have to pay for your purchase until after you receive your item.

When you use Pay After Delivery, we pay the seller right away, so there's no delay in sending you the item. We withdraw the payment from your bank account 14 days later.

You won't know the answer in advance.  PAD will be offered when all condtions are met according to PayPal requirements; those conditions are not disclosed.  When available, it will be presented as an option; that' how you will know.
