I see in the user agreement for, pay pal CREDIT CARD, that any positive balance (ie: over payments or refunds posted after paying balance in full) will be refunded to me per the law. What it does not say is how long this will take. Does anyone know how long I have to wait for this positive balance to be refunded to me? Do I need to request that it be refunded or will it occur automatically? I am not asking about a normal pay pal account which I can transfer the money myself. I am asking about pay pal CREDIT. I do not want to wait to use the money they're holding, I would like it refunded to me as soon as possible. How long could this take?

I looked up the PayPal Credit T&Cs and it does not say specifically when they refund credit balances but if standard credit card accounts are anything to go by, they may wait 2-3 billing cycles, in case you use some or all of the credit balance which will save them the trouble to finally mail you a check or in PPC's case refund you electronically. If you do not intend to use your PPC, you may call customer service to speed up the process: 1-866-528-3733
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
