Why does PayPal take 6-8 business days for a transactions?

My bank moved the funds out of my account in a day. Why does it take PayPal 6 business days to do the same. I saw threads like this back in 2011 with no actual response from PayPal other than some shill PayPal emoployee saying it was an ACH issue only for many posts to prove him wrong.

Paypal uses the slowest form of ACH to transfer ,but it is free.

There are 4 levels,your bank is probably using a faster form and pay a fee.

now you can do the same,by paying 25 cents and using a bank debit card,not all cards are in paypal network but worth a try.

it takes 3-5 days,mine usually take 1 day ,I am with Bank of America.

I mean my transfer from Paypal to BAC takes 1 day,via ACH.

I dont use debit card.
