Why it is written "undefined" in my payment release date?

It has been 35 days and my money in Paypal are still pending. Is it a glitch since they suppose to release payment from hold after 21 days? Buyer has already received an item and written me a feedback on Ebay. I do not know what to do. I wrote to Paypal and waiting to their answer. Frankly, I am nervous

Phone them and ask them to release it manually for you.

You can also email them to release your pending funds.  Note: the first automated reply will be a standard response that may or may not apply to your problem.  Just simply reply again explaining your issue and you will get a customized response by an agent.
