I had some deliquency in 2015 and Paypal closed my credit account. I've been making monthly payments over 2+ years but my request for reinstatement got declined. The customer service rep also told me while Paypal does not discourage closed account holders for requesting reinstatement, in her experience, no account with a past delinquency has ever been reinstated :(. Is this true? Just because I had a period of deliquency in the later half of 2015, does that mean I will NEVER be able to have an open Paypal credit account EVER again?
