Withrowing money from paypall acc in Dubai UAE

Hi there, I live in Dubai, UAE and paypall is not providing me with option to have link to my bank account in Dubai. This paypall service is not available in UAE. I have no idea hiw can I withraw cash ehich someone deposited to my paypall account. How can I withraw cash from my paypall account? Tnx for your help. AA

Hi, tnx for your response. Yes i have Visa, Master and AMEX credit cards. Both cards are issued by local bank in Dubai and cards are in local curreny. So you are saying that once when I received cash to my paypall account I can order to paypall to route cash to my credit card and then I can collect cash from ATM. Is this how it works?

Paypal will allow you to transfer fund to your credit/debit card.

whether you can withdraw cash at ATM with that card,is between you and the card issuer.
