Western Union and Paypal are 2 completely separate and rival payment processors.
I sincerely hope you are not in the middle of a SCAM where you get a fake paypal email telling you to pay a 'shipping agent' via Western Union before you get the funds in your paypal account. If so DO NOT DO SO.
