cleverbridge renewals

cleverbridge automatically renewed my subscription without my approval or consent!  I asked for a full refund from cleverbridge.  They initially said I could cancel my subscription, but I would not get a refund even though I cancelled my subscription "2" days after I was notified of my renewal!   I'm trying to get a refund. I Filed a claim with paypal and have not heard back yet?  I also filed a dispute with my bank for the the full amount from paypal.  I have not heard back from anyone yet?

If its in your pre approved subscriptions then it automatically renews until you ask them to cancel it and cancel it in here  >>

 

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

If you cancelled before they took the money you may be entitled to a refund, if you cancelled after then you probably won't.
