code letters meanings? CSRF failure ?

I get a CSRF failure,when trying to pay for a membership,  what would this mean? That the account is no longer available for membership? Or, that, even tho' PayPal is listed as a source of paying the youtube channel doesn't recognize it as a source of payment. I hate to give my Visa No to an unknwn, the reason I only use PayPal
