facing troubles with paypal and neteller master card currency

good evening

i'm facing a trouble with my neteller master card currency

i recently linked my neteller card with my paypal account

so everytime i come to pay for stuff , it always shows to me as my master card using GBP currency witch is noooooot;and that costs me more fees for currency transfert ( from USD to GBP and from GBP to USD again )

i contacted neteller support and they confirmed to me that my master card and my neteller account both of them are in USD currency

i contacted paypal support like 2 or 3 times and they didn't answered yet

so now i wish if anybody could help me please,by fixing that and resetting my linked master card as USD card not GBP
