It was a local pick up. And there happy with the sale. How do I get my money faster. They picked it up last week. And ill still have to wait 21 days

Why would you accept paypal for an item that was collected?

Ebay allows you to put ''cash on collection'' for those types of items as there is no paypal seller protection for items that are collected.

I sell quite a lot of collect items and if a buyer does accidentally use paypal then I just refund them and re-state cash on collection.

Then you would have had cash in hand instantly and no paypal fee as a bonus.

Unfortunately as you did use paypal and can't provide a tracking number to get your funds earlier you may well have to wait the 21 days.

is it expensive item,some sellers will ship a thank you card with tracking,then upload tracking to PAYPAL.
