When I was purchasing at macys using paypal I got a message that my card was declined so I just used their system and my card for the purchase. I also got an email from paypal that said my payment was pending. Trsnsaction number 2cw6213763975644s. I need to have this cancelled since the payment was made at macys.
I've been trying to contact the paypal number all day and your system does not recognize my phone number or last four digits of my card.
I'm very frustrated with paypal right now and need not to pay twice for the same item. Macys says this is a paypal problem.
I just want help to resolve this problem.
