hi,im new here and i just want to ask . how can i withdraw with paypal if i dont have a bank account or credit card? can i use a bank a account of a relative o that i can withdraw? please help im onto my first jobs online and i know i can trust you guys

No, your "only" option for now is to request a paper check, there's a $1.50 fee to process the check, the check can only be mailed to a physical street address (no PO Boxes), and it takes about 2 weeks to receive it.
Some thoughts:
Having an "unverified" account means there are limits on your account - for example, is someone sends you money, PayPal can hold the funds for up to 21 days, there's also withdraw limits on how much you can withdraw a month. As for linking a bank account and/or a credit card - both must be in your name. (It's fraud protection intended for you.)
Once you "verify" your account, your limits are lifted - that's why having your own bank account and credit card is quite useful.
