payment completed but doesn't receive money to my bank account, need help

hallo paypal, my names Nando.. and im from indonesia.. this is my first time i got some problem with my paypal account.. actually im able to use paypal for my online transaction or withdraw, but this is really" my first time i see at transaction history i got completed payment status, but im not receive money from paypal to my bank account.. i really need some help for that, urgent.. thankyou so much..

Payment Completed status has nothing to do with money going into your bank account.  Money always go into your PayPal balance first. Then you have to request a withdraw in order for the money to go into your bank.  Are you saying that you made a withdraw and is marked completed by PayPal but the money is now showing up in your bank account?  How long since you made the withdraw?  How long does it usually take for you to get money into your bank account when you withdraw to bank?

How long does it usually take for me to get my money into my bank account, its just 2 days at my transaction before.. but now im not get my money to my bank account, but i got the complete status like the screenshot.. i really need help from paypal people.. how can i contact the paypal via email or contact form ? i cant find them.. i just get this forum to ask something.. i really need to get my money back... please.. thankyou so much..

It could take 3 to 5 business days.  Your country could be different.

PayPal custmer service does not act on account-specific issues.  Best to do a phone call if you want direct help.

When you make a transfer to bank and it is marked completed, that means PayPal processed your withdraw request.  It does not mean the money is in your bank account already.  You will have to wait several days longer for your bank to make funds available in your account.  Just because it is online, does not mean real time.  It takes time for the bank to process the deposit to your account.
