I've just logged into paypal to check when paypal credit payment is due and I've got this message We're sorry, but we're unable to display your PayPal Credit activity. Please try again later. Any idea why thanks

You could ask PayPal Credit.

Users on this forum don't have access to PayPal Credit activities any more than you do.
