what can i do if i cant cancel the payment to IMVU.com ? the payment is still pending for more than 5 days and the website wants me to scan for them my ID with my credit card number.. does it make sense?no one ever asked to do that and i buy virtual coins sometimes. not only on imvu and it seems he is the only one asking for that . i cant cancel the payment cuz its not been approved yet & talking to imvu is impossible, they are so annoying.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

I paid via Paypal and I read that it takes usually 4 days. u mean if they're not approving my request of paying them the money for 30 days the payment is automatically canceled and the money is 'free' ? Cu the money now is hanging cuz its out of my visa card but not yet in imvu account. ! Try for it help 😍
