Shipping Labels print full size at 2.75 inches X 4.5 inches, with "Powered by Bowes". That's half the size of the labels when printing from PDF, and the text is challenging to read. There are no settings through PayPal to allow increase or decrease size to fit a package. Printer settings don't offer alternatives I can find either. It seems as if the image URL printed across the top sets the width of the page to be printed and makes the label tiny.
It's been this way since the PayPal change from using PDFs which printed perfectly at a readable print size.
Packing slips on the other hand print too large, cutting off the prices, and I have found no way to reduce the size so I can't use them.
I'll continue to ship with tiny shipping labels and no packing slips unless someone has a better suggestion... has anyone else had this problem?
