top up google pay without debit card

i have money in my paypal app. I want to spend this money but i dont have a debit card. can i send money to google pay please?

Me too! I have money in my paypal account, and I want to add the account to Google Pay, but it keeps trying to ask for a debit card, i dont have one!! How user-unfriendly
