Can you use Paypal from El Salvador to a Paypal user in the US?? and how much? is there a limit? 500-1000? thanks!

You can send to anyone with a paypal account as long as their country accepts paypal payments.

Buyers don't pay fees sellers do unless you are sending it as a friend / family payment to a mate or family member.

However you may have to fund a currency conversion fee if its a cross border transaction dependent on what currency you send.

If you click on FEES bottom of every paypal page you will see all the info that you need.

Yes, you can send money from El Salvador to US.  You have to check your sending limits for your account though as it may vary from user to user.  On the Summary page, click "See how much I can spend with PayPal" link.
