how is money sent from a greendot prepaid card into the paypal bank
You can use the Greendot Send Money feature to send money to PayPal account with a personalized Greendot card.

when I tried to do this from Greendot send money feature, chose Paypal it came back with PAYPAL ACCOUNT NOT ELIGIBLE. How is that I have been paypal member with business debit card since 2008, why am I not eligible?
