unreported payments to paypal credit

i have receipts of a total of 50.00,they say i have not made them,they are charging me late fees,i was told twice they would get back to me, they never have, paypal credit, you are ruining my credit,you should at least keep your word, i sent payments on time as i always have, where are they??
