hello. I am still waiting for your reply. My account was limited for 180 days, now i got my message that the funds are ready for withdrawal but i can't withdraw because a US bank account is required yet am in Kenya. Kindly assist me. I have been sending messages for a week now without any reply.

Then you cannot withdraw to bank, you can only spend it.  Check if the sending money feature can be used.
