Can't load my paypal mastercard

So I have been trying insatnt transfers from the websitie to load into my card and it gives me the error message: 

 

Before you can complete your transfer from your PayPal Account to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard you must grant permission to access this feature. Please press OK to continue.

 

After I allow it, it redirects me back to the paypal prepaid website and gives me the same error message. 

 

I checked my paypal profile settings and it seems to have added fine. It seems to be in a constant loop.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

I called them about 4 times today and they were all clueless and said "I was the first one calling about this issue" meanwhile I called 4 times prior and said they were looking into it.

 

Guess all we can do is wait.. kind of  blah. Its been down all day.

Having the same issue...pain in the *** when your at the store and the store cannot combine two cards.

This is extremely frustrating. I have been trying to transfer my money all night with no luck. I called PayPal earlier and a very rude, unhelpful woman told me that she couldn't help me and had no idea when it would be fixed. I asked to speak with someone else and she hung the phone up. I really need my money right now, as I am sure everyone else does. I just wish I knew when this would be fixed. I guess it was broken all day yestereday?

A guy last night I spoke to on the phone said it will be fixed in 24-48hrs. wth? 2 days? He said check this morning but its still broke..

Has anyone had any luck yet?  I am still stuck in this loop and like everyone else, desprately need to get money out.  I spoke with customer service last night after waiting for 30 minutes to get somebody and the lady that answered was also rude.  This is more than frustrating since it pertains to our $$$.

Still no luck. I'm about to call again in an hour or two and start complaining. I think I spoke to every CSR there..

 

so far its been about 24hrs total since its been down.

 

This is getting really unreal, I been using this for a few months and it seems to be breaking a lot more than it should be over the months..

YES!!! Does anyone else know when this will end? This is not the first time that a huge blunder by Paypal has screwed up my weekend.
