So I have been trying insatnt transfers from the websitie to load into my card and it gives me the error message:
Before you can complete your transfer from your PayPal Account to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard you must grant permission to access this feature. Please press OK to continue.
After I allow it, it redirects me back to the paypal prepaid website and gives me the same error message.
I checked my paypal profile settings and it seems to have added fine. It seems to be in a constant loop.
And...its a long weekend! My town has an annual festival this weekend and I really wanted to bring my daughter. I had to deposit my money into a friend's bank account via her paypal and borrow her money until it clears.
I stayed up just about all night, due to this problem. I was paid yesterday and must transfer this money now. I am in dire need of things for my children and have no other options. Why can't this be fixed? This has to be affecting so many people. I am so mad right now.
I'm having the same problem. I was on my way to go out to pick up my friend to shoot a video but I couldn't make it to him unless I filled up on gas. I went on my phone to transfer some money, and this problem came up.
I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes.
Almost didn't make it back home. Now my plans are ruined for the day. Thanks PayPal.
I have the same problem as everyone else. I called about it yesterday and the person helping me had said that there was a problem and they were fixing it. Also to try again in an hour or so. That was yesterday and today still nothing. Not like paypal to drop the ball. However I will not be leaving money in my paypal account and be assuming that it will be available when I need it. It is extremely frustrating when you need your funds and have no access to them. I am not pleased at all..
This is very annoying, I honestly can't stand much more of this. I have wasted all last night and again today trying to transfer my money. There doesn't seem to be much information concerning updates about when this problem will be fixed. I have been checking their Facebook page and there isn't much on there. This is messing up all of the plans that I made and completely ruining the weekend. Apparently, this problem has been going on for overe 24 hours now? It is just ridiculous.
I'm in the same pickle. Unreal. Called the prepaid master card folks first thing this morning. First person said they didn't know what problem is, but that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I then called paypal, the rep stayed on phone with me to call the prepaid folks who said it was system wide problem. Unf****ng believable. They and Paypal are happy to let people waste hours on this -- why not a message on their websites saying the system is down? I'm very disappointed. Just got my debit card about a week ago, and was looking forward to use it. But over 24 hours of this? No f****ng way.
