Card Reader and the new ipad retina

I just purchased the new IPad retina and just tried to install the card reader and it does not fit because of the angled design, Is there and extension cable that can be used or is there a different reader.

Unfortunately not.  We have tried various extension cables, basically they don't work.  As for your device, nothing specific has be developed to date.
