I lost my Paypal Extras Mastercard, so I ordered a new one.
When it arrived, history of my card transactions has disappeared from paypal website and I don't see it anymore. I can see PDF statements, but it's no longer in Activity section, where I could download transactions before for custom periods.
I emailed paypal several times, all the time they either show me how to see PDF statements (which I already know how to do) or respond with standard email that I should call customer support number for card support, but when I call that number they tell me it's not up to them, but it's about Paypal.
After emailing 4 or 5 times to Paypal support and getting the same answers that don't help, what else should I do to make sure the right person will see my issue?
