Is there an ATM where there are no fees?

Up until today, the Chase ATM provided cash withdrawals on our Paypal debit card with no extra fees beyond the Paypal $1 - now Chase is charging $3.
Anyone know of a bank or network that we can use for paypal debit card cash withdrawals that doesn't charge any fees on top of paypal's $1?

I would like to know the answer to that also. I am so fed up with paying $4 to get cash. PayPal told me it is "the cost of doing business". Isn't that the 2.9% + $.30 for every item I sell on eBay?

No!
Go to the store. Buy something cheap. Get cash back.
If you need more cash, repeat the process.

Personally, I was using my PP debit card to pay for purchases. If I want(ed) to take money out of my PP account any other way, I would just transfer it to my bank account. I'm here today because my PP debit card has expired and they didn't send a replacement. Now all I can find info about on the PP site is a PP Mastercard and I do NOT want a credit card.

As said, get cash back with a purchase using your PayPal mastercard.
Someone said that they did not get a new card from PayPal.
Remember that they send the new card in a plain envelope w/o PayPal on it for security reasons.

That was me that didn't receive a replacement PP debit card when my old one expired. After LOTS of digging around in my account, all I could come up with that was a little off was that the billing address for the credit card I have registered with PP has a different address than the address I use as a shipping address when I pay for stuff on Etsy or eBay (or wherever) with PayPal. Doesn't seem like that should keep them from sending me a replacement card, or at least not without emailing me if they felt there was a discrepancy of some sort. I've updated the credit card billing address to my current mailing address. Guess I'll have to call PP to get to the bottom of this ... apparently they don't have any employees monitoring this forum to answer questions???

I am on the prowl all the time for things I can buy cheap and sell at a profit on eBay and cash in my pocket is how it happens…. getting $40 at a time from c-stores (maybe $100 from some grocery stores) doesn't get it done ... I used to be able to get $400 a day out of Chase, one quick stop ....PayPal needs to get a relationship with another bank where we can get ATM access to our money without a big fee ... It is penny-wise and pound foolish to not do so....PayPal doesn't get any of that $3 fee ...this change only serves to make the PayPal service less of a value in my mind and therefore other services a better value ... My PayPal fees were $4223.00 last year, that's where their money comes from; I like PayPal, I don't want to use a different payment servicer… they shouldn’t be going out of their way to give me the thought of switching…

Thank you Frank! 🙂
Just curious - is this a new network of surcharge free atm's to Paypal ? Neither logo is on my card - and I always like to know when I'm asking ignorant questions! 😉
