Is there an ATM where there are no fees?

Up until today, the Chase ATM provided cash withdrawals on our Paypal debit card with no extra fees beyond the Paypal $1 - now Chase is charging $3.

Anyone know of a bank or network that we can use for paypal debit card cash withdrawals that doesn't charge any fees on top of paypal's $1?

Try WAWA. They have free PNC Bank ATMs without any fees.

So if you can, get to a WAWA (or a PNC Bank/ PNC Bank ATM)

Both are 100% free to use, unless something changed within the past 5-6 months (which is the last time I used one of these ATMS )

Just learned today that in Southern California, both Mission Fderal Credit Union and San Diego County Credit Union have a low ATM fee of $1.50 for Paypal cards.  Not free, but about half of the other ATM;s out there.
