MoneyPak, No Numbers?

I just brought 2 MoneyPak cards to reload onto my account. The first card worked perfectly fine but the second card only has 7 out of the 14 numbers there. Nothing was wrong with the card nor was it tampered with. I tried calling both MoneyPak and GreenDot but I can't get an option to get the number nor talk to a real person.

 

I called Walmart (where I brought the cards) and they said once it's sold they can't do anthing about it.

 

I contacted them on Facebook and through email and haven't got an answer yet. 

 

Please, any help would be great.

Unfortunately only the MoneyPak people can help with issues like this.  We're a member to member help group here, there's really no much that can done here.   All you can do is keep trying to contact MoneyPak.

That's the thing, I can't even contact them. All their numbers don't even have an option to talk to someone. If you  enter the numbers wrong, the phone tells you to get the number, try again and hangs up on you.

Seems you're not the only one who has run into not being able to speak with a human.  There's quite a few comments on the Internet about the same subject.

 

Even on their corporate page, they don't post a phone number, just an address:
