Pay After Delivery sites

For those of you that have Pay After Delivery working: what sites have you been successful with using it? It was offered to me not long ago but now that I have finally activated it I cannot use it. When testing with different eBay listings and websites that accept PayPal, I cannot select my bank/PAD and only given the option to use my debit card. Even after removing the debit card the option is elusive, so I disabled it. PayPal customer service has been more useless than a pedal powered wheel chair, so I am turning here for answers. So, what sites have you successfully used it for? Is the option still available to you?

I've used it with ebay, cowboom, eat24. It was great! But after it failed on cowboom and charged my bank, I had to cancel a transaction and re-do with PAD. Soon after it all failed. I just did a small one for 12 bucks but that is about all I can do with it lately.

Really wish paypal would provide some clarity on the limits, use and restrictions on this feature, but alas they are clueless.

Would love to use it more and it really made paypal quite a bit of money, but I guess that is not going to happen anymore.

i've called and sent in tickets just to have wishy washy replys and non-answers. If I can't use it for large purchases anymore, fine. Just tell me.

Hi Athiest_Mailbox and editorjimjom,

Thanks for posting questions about Pay After Delivery and your other feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been top-notch.  😞

When it's available, PAD can be used with any website where PayPal is accepted. I honestly am not trying to sound wishy-washy, and I would never try to peddle a pedal-powered wheelchair to you =;-) , but the thing of it is there may be situations where a certain method of payment just isn't available for a certain transaction. And that includes Pay After Delivery. We're all about security - keeping your transactions, your personal information and keeping the entire PayPal Community safe and secure. From time to time, the system will just get stubborn and not allow a certain transaction to be completed with a certain bank account or credit/debit card.

I hope this helps, at least a little. Thanks for reaching out here and for being part of the Paypal Community!
