PayPal Return shipping on us... Telus international

I bought an item as part of a Black Friday sale. I later returned the item and kept the information required to complete the "free return shipping on us" promotion. I submitted the form through the online webpage (several times because the website would not allow all the required info to be uploaded at one time). I finally got an email from Telus International Europe about the status of my shipping refund amount. They needed more info. Luckily I was still in the window of to get this completed and after a call to PayPal and a few more emails I was finally told that my info was sufficient and I would be refundedSmiley Happy.... This was Jan 5... Still not refunded.

Further emails have gone unanswered. What to do now? Open a claim on a PayPal/Telus transaction that isn't in my transaction log? Anyone else having an issue with this promotion?

I sent Telus International all the information they said Paypal Required. I sent them the Paypal Paid receipt ( as a forward so no mistakes)

I sent the copy of the USPS Receipt and they said they needed mor information. I sent a copy of the Paypal receipt as a .JPG

Telus International stalled and now say I did not meet the 7 day time limit. WHAT???? They are a total waste of time and resourses

I guess $14.00 was too much to pay. I have been a Paypal Customer for over 15 years and This return shipping Idea is the worst thing Paypal has ever done. This idea of Telus representing Paypal will cost them customers as it will take a great experience and turn it to crap. After all the time and document sending they state SORRY your claim has been denied due to not meeting the requied time frame??? I will NEVER submit a claim to Telus again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

The same thing happened to me. After sending my documents verifying my purchase and return together in a pdf, Telus said I hadn't  sent (attached) any documents. I sent it again as single pages. Then they sent email saying I needed further documentation, without speciying what they needed. I sent further documentation, including confirmation that return was signed for. A week later they denied my claim, saying I hadn't responded in the timeframe.

After a series of frustrating emails back and forth, they are still denying my claim.

I wouldn't have returned the item if I knew how awful this experience turned out to be

I did contact PayPal early in the process. This is likely the reason I was told I would be refunded. However, it is now March. Still no refund. Scam.

Bought a Bench top grinder polisher from ebay. $105.99 When it arrived. Plugged it in and it didn't work.  So I contacted seller. Seller said he would provide a return shipping notice so I could return the item back to him. And he thought I was going to take ANOTHER ONE FROM HIM IN RETURN FOR THE ONE I SEND BACK TO HIM. I told him I didn't want a replacement grinder. Just a full refund. I never recieved a shipping label from this seller.   Come to find out days later it was one guy selling under several names the same junk.  So I filed a claim with paypal and got a refund less return shipping. Filed a shipping refund with paypalreturns.   Telus international ask for a tracking number and a return cost reciept. I provided both. Even though they state in this retrun site you only need one proof of purchase. They seem to ignore anything you send them.  I lost $45.91 In return shipping. This is a scam of some sort. Because they got everything they needed from me for the refund to occur. And they choose to turn their head and stick their head in the sand. I'm **bleep** off and fed up with Lying companies that don't care about the general public. They probably get my money from somebody for my claim to cover the $45.91.   But they skim it off into a hidden account somewhere. I have chosen to drop Paypal and ebay accounts. I've done business with them since 2002.  But I refuse to be robbed by these kind of crooked liars. I feel that the general public should pass a law that allows buyers to submit a bill of charges to the company that fails the general public. And expects us to run around for hours on the phone or on e-mails trying to make justice prevail. It sometimes takes hours to correct their incompitance. It would a bill called a rework and recoup funds lost due to companies failure to honor their work.  My labor is not free. Even thought all companies think all us dumb general public persons out here should give our time and labor to correct their faulity employees and company policy failures.  We should charge them to fix what they do wrong.  Telus is eventually either going to buy out paypal down the road as a result of stiffing customers. Or will refuse to go corrupt and turn things around on this phony return site.  Either way I hate paypal and ebay now. Thank another international company for **bleep** another american company around. **bleep** the Queen.

Since you bought this grinder on Ebay, you should have filed 'return the item' on Ebay and choose defective, does not work.

If he does not send you a return label,Ebay will and after you shipped the item,it will bill his Ebay account for the shipping cost.

PAYPAl is different,it will make  you pay return shipping, not familar with the Telus thing.
