Paypal Credit Statements

Hello,

Is anyone else unable to view Paypal Credit, formerly Bill Me Later Statements?

This error has been occurring on since BillMeLater became PaypalCredit.

I need to see my full statement not just the balance and amount due.

On the Summary page, when I click on "Paypal Credit" it goes to:

https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/credit

the tab shows: PayPal: Internal Error and the page shows the error message:

"We are not able to process your request. Please try again later."

Anyone else still having issues not being able to access their paypal credit summary? Still not working from my end 😞

All I can say is this is no way to do buisnes. I will be closing my account once I confirm my balance. Its just not worth the hassel trying to view a statement. I liked the idea of paying in 6 months no interest. but if you don't know when the 6 months is up on different purchases you could end up paying the interest which is probly why the hassel of getting a statement.

All you need to do is download your detailed monthly statement (pdf format); all of the promotional purchases and expiration dates are there.

so happy to see this post! i am having the same issue but pp credit doesn't even show up on my acct! 😞 what is going on???

On your PayPal summary page, the landing page when you sign in, there should be a PayPal Credit link in the money section at the top left.  Just click that to go to your PPC account.

If you can't find it there, then please describe what you do have on your summary page.  None of us can see your screen to help you navigate if you aren't at the main page.

there isn't a paypal credit link anywhere. there is a paypal debit mastercard link but i don't have and never had a paypal debit card. the link to my mastercard used to be directly under my paypal balance on the top left.

so right now on the left it's:

pp balance,debit mastercard, banks and cards, selling tools, more about your account.

Do you have an arrow > to the right of money?  Clicking that should go to options including PPC.

Are you still using classif view or new view?  On a PC?

i'm using the new view. i don't see money either. but i do see add money and pay or send money. also wallet

I forgot -  on a pc too. the same computer i have had for years and have used for viewing my pp acct and credit card info.
