Paypal Here card reader $15 redeem - redemption

I bought the Paypal Here card reader from Staples.  I tried to get the $15 rebate for buying the reader.  However, when I type in the code from my package, it says it is the wrong code or it has already been redeemed.

I am positive I am not typing in the wrong code.  Is it possible someone fraudulently got my rebate?

Anything is possible as similar issues happen with gift cards too.  You would need to contact customer support direct for additional assistance.
