I've never been so frustrated before. For the last 2 days I have been getting this message while trying to put money in my account. I've been a PayPal card user for near 10 years and have traveled the world using this card. I've called PayPal 6 times to get this fixed - each time a CSR putting the blame on PayPal's website and then PayPal My Cash website. Unexcusable. Now I have a card with money on it, but I can't use it until it gets fixed. This is unexcusable. PayPal is going to cost me business and should be held accountable for my lost revenue.

Startiing multiple threads for your problem isn't going to solve the problem.

If you can't figure out how to diagnose and separate the 2 issues, perhps it is best your stop uising one or both services.
