Why won't Ebay accept my Paypal account? I keep getting a message that my card was declined by the card issuer. I checked my PayPal account and everything is correct. I tried to purchase from a different user and it accepts from that user.
enough balance on your card? did you contact your bank, since the notification shows card issuer?
otherwise contact PayPal
