how to transfer money from citibank to paypal?

hello,

i am from Portugal and i  have also an account from the Citibank. i want to transfer the money from the citibank and i dont know how to properly do that.

i have seen the last video from this post:

instead of the command "Add Money" i have the command "Top Up". So i haev clicked in "Top Up" and in order to transfer money to my paypal account i need to transfer the money to the Banco Espirito Santo, Lisboa account.

but my account that i have associated with paypal is the citibank account, so i would like to transfer the money from that card to the paypal. how do i do that?

is there a way to transfer the money directly to paypal instead of being that portuguese bank? why i transfer the money to some american account instead of Banco Espirito Santo, Lisboa?

i have not properly understood the fees properties, 

in the phrase:

"Free when the money comes from PayPal balance or bank account."--> what is the difference betwen bank account and debit or credit card?  how does it apply to my case? will it be for free to send money from my  citibank account or not?

can i create and invoice and in this way send money to my paypal account from the citibank account that i have linked to my paypal account ? are there some fees present during this process excluding VAT rates?

PS: this card is a prepaid card, i have received it from the Google Summer of Code

Unfortunately you cannot transfer funds from the prepaid card to either your PayPal Account Balance or your Bank Account.  Your prepaid card can only be used to make purchases.

There are fees if you use a card.

You cannot create an invoice to send money to your paypal account from the citibank account that you have linked to my paypal account.
