referral rewards when bringing in new members to pay pal?

does anyone know if paypal has any type of referral rewards program in operation for referring new people to join ?

I don't think they do.  I know sometimes they have a new member voucher for $10, I think.   When they do have that option a new member calls in and the rep will add it to the account and show them how to use PayPal with it.  But as far as the person referring them, no, I haven't heard of that.
