regarding withdrwing cash from demand draft

hi,

   this is abhinay from bangalore, i had a cashout of 1.5k last week to my corporation bank , but i was unable to recieve the cash to my account since my paypal was unconfirmed for various reasons,but i recived the demand draft from paypal..problem now is that my paypal account name is Abhinay Gowda and my corporation account name is abhinay g,so i got a demand draft in the name of Abhinay Gowda from paypal,which i was unable to take cash from corporation bank since my name in demand draft and name in my account varies..please help me with this issue,whether i can take a cash from my bank when name varies?? or  can i take cash from citibank directly, it was the one which sent me a demand draft?? or is there any alternatives with this issue ,please help me out.

Unfortunately no one here can help with issues like this.  We can tell you if the names on your accounts don't all match, you will run into problems like this.  Suggest contacting customer support direct, perhaps they can either help fix or suggest a fix.
