$300 beginning credit limit with a 720 score and I spent 3 to 4000 a month on PayPal

Has anyone been issued a card with a $300 limit and then spoke to them to get an increase I spend three or 4000 a month through PayPal I don't understand why I've got a card with a $300 limit with a 720 credit score

Your credit score could be part of the problem.  Try getting it up to 800.

Your low credit score is for a reason; you should evaluate why it is only 720 and figure what to do to improve it.

How much debt do you have on all your credit cards?

How many late payments have your had on any of your bills?

Have you ever had any PayPal disputes?

There are many undisclosed factors PayPal will consider and many will relate to risk.  Will your income support a higher debt?
