Hi, I know a teenager with a Birthday coming up. She rarely gets any gifts because her parents have 1 sick child with a very expensive medical condition and also have the strict parenting philosophy that all a child's possessions must be earned through hard work, so she's the least spoiled teenager I've ever met! However, they have agreed to allow the rest of the family & I to throw her a small party for her. I would like to buy a Gift Card so she can buy whatever item she wants on Paypal. Of course, this girl doesn't have a Paypal account & her parents don't let any of their kids use their Credit Cards nor Paypal Account (if they even have one). I would like it to be a plastic gift card so I can hand it to her at the party with her Birthday card. I don't want to put a Cheesy Print Out in her Birthday. It seems tacky to me And very easy to lose a sheet of paper compared to plastic especially when there's a bunch of ripped wrapping paper flying around and I don't want to send it electronically. I prefer to buy it in a Brick in Morter Store because of all the gift card fraud and most sites only sell "gift cards" which are really store credits for returned merchandise. I've learned the hard way that sometimes it's against store policy to even accept these credit gift cards if you purchased them and they are often fraudulently depleted as soon as the buyer receives it and tries to spend it. I've seen Prepaid Via & Master Cards, but they live in a rural area without many stores and I think wants to specifically to purchase from n online store that accepts Paypal.
I thought there used to be specific "Paypal" gift cards just like how you can still purchase Google Play gift cards at B&M stores, but I haven't seen any recently and I could be mistaken.
