Hi, I have been selling several items that are around 12-15 ounces depending on the box I use. I always thought that USPS max weight was 13oz for first class mail and, as of today, the usps.com postage cost calculator only allows up to 13oz. When I go to PayPal, I can go up to 16oz for first class package and I get a cost. When I go to 17oz I get the error that I exceeded the max weight limit.
So I have a couple of questions. Can I ship something first class up to 16oz based on what PayPal is allowing? Why is USPS and PayPal not on the same page with this?
