Help with synchrony bank/ebay account

Help please.  I have been trying to work with synchrony bank/paypal for 3 months to get access to my account/reward points.

The bank refuses to allow me access.  I have spoken to at least a dozen people there and they either cut me off or say is

is the fault of Paypal.  So I contact Paypal and they say it is the fault of Ebay and the Bank.  Meanwhile, I have NO ACCESS TO

MY ACCOUNT, even tho they very willingly take my payments every month.  The message that shows up when I enter paypal/

wallett/Ebay MC is "Login not permitted" and they want me to fix some problem,.  A couple of the reps that I spoke with said

to delete cookies and history, which I have done.  Have contacted Paypal numerous times as well.  The last two conversations

with the bank rep AND SUPERVISOR, both ended up with a broken connection, which leads me to believe that they are in fact

terminating the conversation, due to the fact that I have NEVER received a call back, even tho they confirm my telephone number

when I speak to them.  What can I do about this??????  Please, someone please help!  Thanks!!!
