How to transfer my Paypal Credit balance to another credit card?

I want to transfer my Paypal Credit Balance to another credit card offering a balance transfer option.  How do I do this?  Has anyone succesfully done this?  I have seen posts from 2015 about this but cannot access any of the answers.

In order to transfer the funds to your credit card you would have to get a cash advance.   It's possible to use the send money feature to send PayPal credit funds to another PayPal account and then withdraw the funds to a card but, there's a transcation processing fee of 2.9% plus $.30 on the total amount just to do that.    Basically, you are borrowing money at a vert high rate (19.99% APR).

I would recommend against the steps that were just given for cash advancing. That behavior is not allowed in the PayPal system. Please take a look at the PayPal User Agreement, in the section marked Restricted Activities. You can reach the PayPal User Agreement by clicking Legal at the bottom of any PayPal page.
