I bought a prepaid card from dollar general and put 20$ at time of purchase

I put 20 on it at the time of purchase and i also put 20 on it a few days ago so it should have had 40. I spent 20 yesterday and I wanted to spend less than 20 but it was declined. Why is that?

Hi Officialtwin,

When you buy a PayPal Prepaid MasterCard, you have to pay a fee on the card. There's a fee when you purchase the card, as well as a monthly fee for using the service. This may have diminished your balance and caused the discrepancy. You can check your balance here. I hope this helps!
