PayPal Credit Reporting - - PayPal Credit Not Appearing in Credit Report

Does anyone know why PayPal credit would not appear in my credit report? Do they not report to Equifax, etc?

Is there a way to request that they report my debt/credit ratio to credit agencies? It would help my score.

Become deliquent with your payments and they will report to the credit agencies.  No reason to report good stuff.

There are many reasons to report credit if there have not been late payments.

It shows you have a creditor that you are making payments on time to.

The amount of credit you have available vs how much is used impacts your credit score. If you have a low balance on your payPal account, your score would definitely benefit from it being reported.

The amount of accounts you have open can impact your score as well.

On top of that, other creditors would want to know all accts when deciding whether to extend credit.

There is not benefit to PayPal for reporting good credit to credit reporting agencies.  There is a good reason to report bad credit as it can be an incentive for one to make sure credit payments are made in time and that is good for PayPal.

I heard it has to do with cost,it costs money to report.

also Paypal credit is not like your bank or cc credit,it is not always offered,it is picky and it is fickle.

not a reliable source

I disagree! By paying on time & no late payments, it's a positive for everyone especially people rebounding from bankruptcy. It would help me tremendously!
